The Star Mfg 2E-40101-19 Temperature Control Board is an control system that is used in compatible commercial applications. This board controls and monitors the temperature of oil by processing the signals of temperature sensors and controlling the heating elements or burners, respectively. It is installed in the control panel of the fryer, and it keeps the predetermined cooking temperature. In foodservice and restaurant kitchens, where fryers are continuously cooking the correct temperature control is vital to the consistency of products. The board is part of the control system of the fryer that aids in the maintenance of stable and consistent cooking performance.
Replace your existing control board with this temperature control board, measuring 2-1/4" x 5-1/8" and featuring a 10 pin connection. Designed for Lang equipment including fryer models C-28M-CLS, grill models G-(3E,4E,5E,6E), LG-(24S,36S,48S,60S,72S), LGR-48, oven models ECCO-(AP,S), EHS-S, GCCO-(AP,AP-XD,S), GHS-S, and range model SCR-30. Please note: Will not work on Sonic units.
