The Star Mfg 40101W19 Temperature Control Board is an electronic replacement control board that fits in compatible cooking equipment. This part controls temperature, processes sensor signals, and modulates the work of heating elements. It is placed in the control housing of the appliance and it interacts with other electrical components to ensure that the desired operating temperature is achieved. In restaurants and foodservice kitchens where the equipment is required to work at high capacity through high-volume cooking, temperature control is vital. The board is a part of the electronic control system of the equipment, which allows coordinated heating.
Replace your existing control board with this temperature control board, measuring 2-1/4" x 5-1/8" and featuring a 10 pin connection. Designed for Lang equipment including fryer models C-28M-CLS, grill models G-(3E,4E,5E,6E), LG-(24S,36S,48S,60S,72S), LGR-48, oven models ECCO-(AP,S), EHS-S, GCCO-(AP,AP-XD,S), GHS-S, and range model SCR-30. Please note: Will not work on Sonic units.
