Description

The Jade Range 300-129-000 Oven Door Spring Hook is a mechanical part that is applied in commercial purposes. It is made of 3/16 inch diameter wire and is 3-1/2 inches long, and is fitted as a spring in the oven door mechanism. This hook joins the tension spring with the door or frame so that it can move in a controlled way. It is used in commercial kitchens to aid in repetitive door use in the course of cooking and baking. The spring hook inside the appliance is used to support the hinges to ensure that the door is well-tensioned and aligned.
