Description

The Comstock Castle COMFR30H Oven Door Spring Hook is a mechanical connection system that is applied commercially. It is a 3/16 inch diameter wire that is 3-1/2 inches long, and it attaches the door spring to the oven or frame. This is fitted in the door tension system, which enables the movement to be controlled during opening and closing. It is useful in commercial kitchens where it is needed to operate the door frequently, but with a better balance. The hook is used in the oven assembly, which has springs and hinges to provide uniform door alignment and operation.
