The Royal Range 3231 Pilot burner with Bell Opening meant constant flame to the natural gas systems. It is installed in the ignition assembly whereby it supplies controlled gas flow to aid in burning ignition. The bell orifice works to shape and stabilize the flame as it works. Its Star Mfgt-up and continuous heating operation require proper pilot operation. It is recommended that replacement should be done in case stability in flame reduces or the ignition response becomes erratic, which will aid in restoring proper performance of the system by the pilot.
