Description

The Hobart 355089-2 French Plate Surface Heater With 4 Pin Terminals 9" DIA 2600W 240V is a circular electric heating plate designed to transfer controlled heat directly to cookware on compatible commercial cooking equipment. With a 9-inch diameter, 2600-watt capacity, and 240-volt operating rating, it provides the electrical heating output required for surface cooking. Four pin terminals connect the heater to the appliance’s electrical circuit, allowing current to reach the internal resistance element. Installed in the cooktop surface, the plate heats when energized and transfers thermal energy through its upper surface to the cookware placed above it during operation.
