The Hobart 40126-12 Natural Gas Safety Valve is designed to control and cut off the flow of natural gas in commercial cooking systems. It has 1/2-inch side outlets to allow integration into gas supply lines so that controlled distribution can be made to burner assemblys. It is utilized in commercial kitchens in gas-powered appliances, other cooking systems where it assists in maintaining secure operation by responding to system controls and interrupting gas flow when needed. The valve is used as a component of the safety system gas delivery and ignition system of the appliance in proper delivery of gas and shutdown during operation or fault conditions.
