The Hobart 413433-00001 Valve Knob 1-1/4 inch DIA OFF-PILOT-ON is a manual control component that is fitted on commercial gas cooking and heating equipment to control the flow of gas to the pilot and main burner. It works on the operation of alternating between OFF, PILOT, and ON positions so that the operator can turn on the pilot flame, turn on the main burner or turn off the flow of gas when necessary. This knob fits on the control shaft by screwing to the front panel of the appliance.
