Description

The Hobart 715003 Fryer Pilot Safety Valve 3/8 is an apparatus that will control the amount of gas that is sent to the fryer pilot assembly. It operates by connecting a thermocouple which detects the presence of a pilot flame and maintains the valve open when the flame is present and closes the gas flow when the flame is extinguished. This element is usually fitted in the gas control part of commercial fryers close to the pilot burner and thermocouple assembly. The valve assist in regulated ignition and pilot Operates in foodservice machines during cooking.
