The Frymaster 810-0109 Valve Knob Mount is a control component that is used in holding the operating knob to the gas valve shaft. It is designed with a 1-1/4 inch diameter and has a OFF, Pilot and ON position marked on it to allow clear operating reference when in use. It is installed directly on the valve stem and makes sure that the knob and internal valve mechanism are connected solidly. When correctly mounted, it can be rotated and the gas flow can be selected correctly. It is suggested in case of mount loosening or the inability to keep the control alignment steady.
