The Dean 810-2156 Natural Gas Safety Valve is a gas control part that can be used in a compatible commercial systems. It controlled the supply of natural gas to the burner assembly to assists in controlled ignition and steady heat when the appliance was in use. The valve acts as a secure mechanism by limiting or disabling the supply of gas to the system when the operating conditions fall outside of the parameters to assist maintain secure operation of the system. Installed in the inner gas line assembly and attached by 1/2" side outlets as a part of the fuel delivery path applied in commercial kitchens.
