The Dean 81006171 Thermopile is a high-quality 36” thermopile with a 2-lead, the purpose of which is to produce a voltage of between 250-750 millivolts. It is compatible with fryers, boilers, griddles and braising pans, and various other models such as Robertshaw, Cecilware, Cleveland, Groen, Imperial, Keating, Southbend, and many others.
