The Frymaster 8102399 Safety Control Natural Gas 3.5" Wc Adj. 3"-7" WC works by controlling the flow of gas by an adjustable commercial pressure system that keeps the outlet within the provided range. It changes the inlet pressure by adjusting the internal valve maintaining uniform gas flow to the burner assembly. This part is mounted in the commercial gas lines and is usually placed between the gas supply and the control system of the appliance. It is connected to the secure circuit of the unit to control the flow of fuel.
