The Prince Castle 910-45 Blade Set 3/8" is a cutting unit that cuts food products using a rotating and aligned blade set that is powered by a commercial slicing machine. The blade set is attached to the holder mechanism, which ensures that the blades move in a uniform manner while the product is being fed through the assembly. It is installed in the compatible food preparation cutting machine and placed in the blade housing part to assist the slicing process during the preparation process. It fit into the standard blade mounts and into the designated cutting chamber for controlled product processing during normal kitchen slicing operations.
