Description

The Market Forge 92-0064 Latch Paddle is a mechanical door-latching product that can be used in compatible commercial steamers and cooking equipment. It works by interacting with the door latch system to hold the door closed when in operation. When the paddle is released, allowing the door to be opened. This element enables the operators to open and close the equipment door easily and at the same time have a secure seal when the unit is in operation.
