Description

The Montague 9346-7 Cast Iron Bottom Grate 19-15/16-inch by 4-inch is an essential component that is intended to be used in commercial systems. It has 17 cross bars and 4 ribs that allow the cookware to have a stable surface and at the same time ensure that the heat is evenly distributed across the cooking surface. The grate assists in flame transfer and aids in the maintenance of uniform cooking temperatures which aid in the preparation of food accurately. The grate is generally used in restaurants and kitchens, and is normally changed when it is in the course of maintenance to assess the performance of the grate.
