Description

The Garland GL222034 Cast Iron Bottom Grate is a cooking surface piece that is compatible with commercial ranges and charbroilers. This grate is 4 inches by 19-15/16 inches with 17 cross bars and 4 reinforcing ribs to ensure equal distribution of heat and proper support of cookware or foodstuff during cooking. It is installed in the bottom grate position to ensure that the performance of cooking remains constant in the kitchen. This part is generally changed in case of cracking, bending, or surface wear, which disrupts the correct seating, heat transfer, or cooking performance.
