The Bakers Pride R3019X Char Broiler Air Mixer Plate is to control the airflow of the compatible systems. It is installed close to the burner assembly to assist in mixing incoming air with fuel to facilitate constant combustion. The plate has a 2-1/8-inch outside diameter connection size, which is correctly fitted. It assists to regulate the flame properties and uniform distribution of heat by means of air intake. This air mixer plate is normally changed as part of maintenance when wear or obstruction occurs to enhance performance which is useful to resume the balance of airflow.
