The Jade Range 3012600000 Air Mixing Plate Single with 2 slots and a 468 orifice hole, 2 -1/16" OD 2.16" DIA cast iron is a combustion part used in commercial gas cooking equipment. It operates through mixing of incoming air and fuel at the burner throat to produce the better air-fuel mixture, and then ignition occurs. This plate is fitted in the burner assembly of the compatible ranges where controlled combustion is needed. It is used in the system to assist in maintaining the stable flame properties and even distribution of heat in the regular cooking processes.
