Description

The Alto-Shaam ALTTT-33626 Thermostat is a temperature control component designed for the commercial cooking and holding equipment. The thermostat regulates operating temperature by sensing heat through its 1/8-inch diameter bulb and responding within a 60°F to 200°F range. The 10-inch bulb connects to the control through a 48-inch capillary tube which transfers temperature changes to the thermostat mechanism. Installed in the designated sensing location it cycles the equipment's heating circuit to maintain the selected temperature. This component supports consistent thermal control during cooking holding or other heated foodservice operations.
