Description

The Alto-Shaam ALTTT33626 Thermostat is a temperature control component designed for the commercial foodservice equipment. It monitors operating temperature through a 1/8-inch diameter by 10-inch sensing bulb connected to a 48-inch capillary tube. The thermostat provides an adjustable temperature range from 60°F to 200°F. Installed within the appliance control system, the sensing bulb responds to temperature changes and transfers that response through the capillary tube to the thermostat mechanism. The control then regulates the connected heating circuit to maintain the selected operating temperature during equipment operation.
