The Star Mfg WS-59011 Pilot Safety Valve W/Magnet Head 1/4" X 3/16" J-Type is used in pilot connections for integration into commercial cooking equipment. It operate in conjunction with a thermocouple to monitor pilot flame status and regulate gas flow accordingly. Its design allows it to operate as an intermediary control point within the gas delivery pathway. Commonly used to include commercial ovens, ranges, griddles, and other gas-fired foodservice equipment that utilize pilot-operated burner systems. During operation the magnet head responds to signals generated by the thermocouple, contributing to the management of gas flow throughout the heating cycle.
