Description

The Dormont CF100 Safety Shutoff/Quick Disconnect with Thermal Cut-Off is a gas connection part that is used in commercial kitchen equipment. It provides a natural gas or propane supply line, a manual quick-disconnect feature allowing equipment to be moved securely to do cleaning, maintenance or reconfiguration. The combined thermal cut-off system is automatically switched off when subjected to high temperatures and it provides additional protection in emergencies. It is installed between the gas supply and cooking appliances like ranges, fryers or ovens and provides compliant and controlled gas connections under foodservice conditions.
