The Dormont CF-100 Safety Valve Quick Disconnect W/Thermal Cut-Off 1" is a gas secure component is designed for commercial kitchen equipment. It enable the system to be unplugged from the gas for cleaning or maintenance and it automatically cuts off the gas, when separating or when the heat is too great. Thermal cut-off is a safety feature that prevents gas from flowing if temperatures around the unit are too high. It's designed to assist with the secure connection of the system and managed gas use in the gas supply system.
