The Southbend 4-WC67 Range Low Water Cut-Off is essentials required for kitchen equipment. It works on low water switch which is float or conductivity probe that switches off the burner to avoid high temperature and damaging the water. This cut-off switch has a 1/2 NPT inlet and a 3/8 NPT outlet to allow it to be used with different systems.
