Description

The Frymaster FM1062994SP Blower Assembly Left Hand 115V is used to provide airflow to the fryer burner system. It circulate air through the burner chamber to ensure correct operation and temperature control of the flame of the fryer ignition and heating element. This blower assembly is mounted within the fryer cabinet close to the burner heating area and is part of the internal air flow and electrical system. It is designed for commercial fryer applications and will assist in moving air necessary for burner performance during normal kitchen operation in foodservice application.
