Description

The Frymaster FM826-1512 Blower Assembly Left Hand directs air into the fryer system to assist in the operation of the burner and to ensure proper cooking combustion. It is left-hand and 115V electrically operated and has an air connection to move air through the internal heating section of the fryer. This part is installed in the fryer cabinet close to the burner and ignition system and is attached to the airflow and heating system. The assembly is used to control air circulation for the burner to operate in commercial frying equipment.
