Description

The Frymaster FM807-1197-2 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is a replacement fluid transfer assembly that fits in fryers with 2-inch center mounting holes. The kit includes a bi-rotational pump and sealing gaskets that fit into the internal fluid pathways of the fryer to ensure proper movement of oil or liquids when the fryer is in normal operation. It is normally changed when the pump performance reduces or when gaskets are worn out. The assembly connects with plumbing and mounting hardware to maintain a constant flow in commercial kitchens, foodservice counters, and cooking settings.
