Description

The Frymaster FM826-2795 Bi-Rotational Pump and Gasket Kit is a fluid handling assembly that fits commercial fryers that have 2-inch center mounting holes. The kit consists of a bi-rotational pump and gaskets fitted in the internal fluid system of the fryer to circulate the oil during cooking and draining. It helps maintain a regular flow of circulation needed to operate a fryer on a regular basis. The replacement is usually in the course of service when there is a decrease in the efficiency of the pump or gasket sealing. The assembly is compatible with already established plumbing connections, mounts, and seals to ensure proper performance in restaurant kitchens, cafeterias, and foodservice operations.
