Description

The Frymaster FM810-0617 Fryer PG9 Pilot Generator 650-750mV is an ignition element that provides a steady pilot flame to light the main gas burners in the commercial kitchen equipment. This is mounted inside the pilot assembly to generate electrical energy to power the gas control circuit from heat generated by the pilot flame. The generator is used to ground the ignition system operation with the elements of a pilot burner and safety control. It is used with the fryer gas control assembly, providing the necessary signal for the burner to work.
