Description

The Frymaster FM8100617 Fryer Pilot Generator is an electrical generating component to produce low-voltage power from the heat of the standing flame used in compatible commercial equipment. The PG9 configuration is rated at 650-750mV, defining the generator’s specified voltage output range. Installed near the flame source, the generator uses thermoelectric action to convert heat into electrical energy when heated.
