The Frymaster FM810-2156 Natural Gas Safety Valve, with 1/2" FPT side outlets, is a natural gas safety valve designed to be used in a commercial systems. It monitors and controls the flow of gases to the burner system to support secure ignition, stable operation, and controlled shutdown. Being mounted on the gas supply line of an appliance, it is a part of the gas train assembly, which reacts to the demand and safety of the system. Under the conditions of a commercial kitchen, it is utilized to ensure constant burner operation and to assist in preventing the release of unsafe gases. The valve becomes part of the current appliance systems and facilities.
