The Henny Penny 16216 Fryer Natural Gas Safety Valve with 1/2" side Outlets is a gas control component that is installed in compatible commercial systems. It controls the supply of natural gas to the burner assembly of an appliance to assist maintain a controlled ignition and constant amount of heat to the burner chamber when the appliance is in operation. The valve is also used as a safety measure to restrain or prevent the flow of gas when the conditions in the system require it in order to promote the safe operation of the appliance. It is fitted to the gas line assembly within the fryer and connects through the side outlets.
