Henny Penny HEN36404 Open Fryer Wire Basket GM 8 Head

The Henny Penny HEN36404 Open Fryer Wire Basket GM 8 Head holds food products during frying while allowing heated cooking oil to circulate freely around the commercial equipment. Its open wire structure provides spaces for oil to contact the food and drain away when the basket is lifted from the frypot. The basket keeps the food grouped during lowering, cooking, and removal operators handle the batch as a single unit. Once raised, excess oil can flow back into the fryer rather than remaining around the cooked product. It works with compatible open fryer equipment throughout the normal frying cycle.
