Henny Penny 36404 Open Fryer Wire Basket GM 8 Head

The Henny Penny 36404 Open Fryer Wire Basket GM 8 Head provides a contained area for commercial holding of food products during frying while allowing cooking oil to circulate around the contents. Its wire construction creates open spaces that support oil movement and drainage as the basket is raised from the fryer. The basket accommodates the frying process by keeping food together as it enters and leaves the heated oil. Its shape also allows excess oil to drain back into the frypot after cooking. This basket works with compatible open fryer equipment and supports controlled handling throughout the cooking cycle.
