The Pitco 60070701 Fryer Hi-Limit Thermostat with manual reset is the safety features ,It protects them from overheating since the fryer shuts off instantly if temperatures reach 250°F, this keeps the oil at the proper cooking temperatures. This thermostat has a 1/4 “bulb and comes with a 24” capillary tube for easy installation and compatibility. The manual reset adds a safety measure because it cannot start on its own, a user must intervene to start the fryer reducing on damage or fire outbreak. In general, it improves functionality and safety in the kitchen.
