Description

The Hobart 00-295119 Aluminum Dough Hook 20 QT is designed to spin in a mixer bowl, grabbing and stretching dough to form gluten structure by regular movement. Its rounded form directs ingredients along the sides into the center to be thoroughly used and the kneading action is continuous as it is operated. This component is fitted within compatible commercial mixer bowlls and it is connected to the planetary shaft where it comes into direct contact with dough during mixing processes. It is made of aluminum and it can be used repeatedly with thick mixtures like bread or pizza dough, allowing the continuous movement of the mixture during the mixing process.
