Description

The Bakers Pride M1265X Thermopile 72-inch Armoured Cable is a thermopile sensor that is designed to give an integrated cooking equipment a secure and accurate operation. It transduces the heat of the pilot flame into an electrical signal, which drives the gas valve and keeps the flow of fuel constant and correct ignition. It is installed in the burner assembly and it operates in conjunction with other parts to control temperature and avoid unsafe conditions. This thermopile is a vital component of the gas control system, that is commonly used in restaurants and other commercial kitchens.
