Description

The Market Forge O08-6351 High Limit Thermostat 550°F is a temperature-sensitive element that is used to prevent commercial cooking equipment from overheating. This is based on a sensing disc that changes shape when it is exposed to heat, opening and closing the switch contacts at a predetermined temperature.
