Description

The Pitco PTP5047589 Thermostat 3/8" X 5-3/8" 60" CAP KX thermostat senses temperature changes and regulates electrical flow to maintain controlled heating within the fryer assembly. It expands and contracts internal components to trigger a switching action that activates or deactivates the heating cycle as needed, ensuring cyclical activation and deactivation of the heating element during operation.
