Description

The Star Mfg 2T-30402-12 Thermostat 3/8" X 5-3/8" 60" CAP KX regulates fryer temperature by sensing heat changes and sending signals to the control circuit to maintain set limits. It uses a sensing probe and capillary tube assembly to transmit temperature variations to the switch mechanism, triggering cut-in and cut-out cycles that regulate burner activity within the fryer heating system. It is typically installed within a commercial fryer control housing or mounted near the fryer vat, where the sensing bulb is positioned in oil tank and wired to the temperature control circuit for system regulation based on fryer temperature feedback loop.
