The Vulcan Hart 00-710407 Range Radiant Cast Iron 19-5/16" x 3-3/4" is made to spread the heat uniformly across the cooking surface, directing the heat of the burners to the cookware on top. It is cast iron built and able to absorb and transfer heat effectively, to support steady cooking performance. This element is usually placed under the grates of commercial ranges and works as a heat distribution medium between the burners and the cooking surface to improve both the dispersion of heat and the quality of cooking. It is 19-5/16 inches long, and 3-3/4 inches wide and is designed, to fit exactly into compatible units.
