The Market Forge S10-6456 Natural Gas Safety Valve with 1/2" FPT side outlets is a gas control part used in the commercial cooking systems. It controls the supply of natural gas to be burned in assemblys and it includes an automatic shutoff mechanism, which reacts to unsafe conditions such as flame failure or irregular gas flow. Fitted on steamers, kettles, or other thermal parts on which it is operated, it assists controlled ignition and a steady burner operation when it is turned on. The side outlet design can be incorporated into special piping designs in the gas train of the system.
