The Market Forge S10-6465 Natural Gas Safety Valve is a control part aimed to be used in commercial gas-fired cooking systems. It controls the flow of natural gas to the appliance and interrupts the flow when operating under unsafe operating conditions. The valve features 1/2" FPT side outlets and would be installed in the gas train assembly of compatible units, usually steamers and pressure cooking systems used in the kitchens of most food services. It operates as a component of the secure and ignition system of the appliance in support of the proper operation of the burner, assisting to ensure secure handling of gases during normal operation and maintenance of the system.
