Description

The Cleveland S101468 Convection Steamer Probe Extension is a 3-Set sensor lead assembly designed to bridge electrical connections between commercial temperature sensing probes and the main control board. Installed inside the interior cabinet wall, the extensions route through protective wire channels to a secure terminal housing. The internal wiring passes millivolt thermal signals from water level and temperature probes directly to the electronic module without resistance interference. Proper installation maintains signal integrity, allowing the system controller to accurately monitor steam chamber temperature, regulate boiler heating elements, and trigger automated fill cycles during operation.
