The Champion 501382 Roller Lever Microswitch with 1"MT center is an electromechanical type of switch which closes or opens an electrical circuit by mechanical movement. It has a 1-inch roller lever actuator, rated at 20 AMP in 125/250/480V, reacting to movement or change of position in equipment. It is either embedded in commercial kitchen gear, in access panels or in control assemblies to sense door location. It is used in the control system to give a sure input to controllers or safety circuits as the movement of a physical object is converted to an electrical signal.
