The Imperial 30030 Thermocouple 18 inch 20-30 mV 1980 Series is a flame detection safety element that is installed in commercial gas cooking appliances. It operatesby producing a small electrical voltage when it is warmed by pilot flame, and the control system can check the presence of the flame and adjust the amount of gas flowing. This is fitted in burner assembly, and it constantly checks the conditions of ignition. It is also a part of the appliance that helps in the secure operation.
