The Jade Range 4620100000 Thermocouple is an 18 inch flame sensor, which is used with 1980 Series commercial gas ranges. It works in the range of 2030 mV to detect the pilot flame and sends a signal to the gas control system to avoid unsafe gas flow. It detects flames and safe operation of appliances installed between the burner and the control assembly. This thermocouple is a safety part commonly used in restaurants, cafeterias, and other commercial kitchens, which assist to maintain the proper level of gas and stable operation in the course of foodservice setting.
