The Royal Range 2175 Thermocouple is an essential component to be used in other compatible commercial appliances. It detects the existence of pilot flames and sends a voltage signal to the gas control system, which will only allow the gas to flow when a stable flame is detected. The gas control valve and the pilot assembly are necessary in the operation of the appliances in order to avoid the flow of unlit gas. Widely applied in restaurant, it supports ignition, keeps the performance constant, and adds to the total performance of the appliance in the course of commercial application.
