The Blodgett 11513 Thermostat is a tempature controldevice to be used in commercial ovens. The thermocouple is a K type with a 3/16" diameter and an 11 5/8" bulb length. This thermostat senses the oven temperature and sends the control system of the oven the signal on which it maintains the required temperature. Using the K type thermocouple, you get precise temperature readings and consistent and accurate cooking.
